- Official Documents: Released results, list of passers, or official recognition lists.
Technical Requirements
- File Size: Maximum of 5MB per file.
- Accepted Formats: JPG, PNG, WEBP, HEIC, PDF.
IV. VALIDATION RULES AND CRITERIA
- Institutional Recognition: Entries must be school-based or officially recognized external events and organizations.
- Chronological Sorting: All validated entries will be automatically sorted by academic year.
- Ineligible Entries: Personal, unverified, or non-accredited activities will not be accepted for record-keeping.
